Hey ft my name is Kevin and I am new here. I have a problem with my chest. Now, i know that noone on this entire planet is completely symmetrical, but one of my pecs looks good and the other doesnt, and when i look at it in a side mirror, it looks horrible, one looks ALOT more developed and better than the other one, And the good one looks ALOT bigger than the bad one. I train awesome and i lift evenly, at least i think. Is there anyway i can get the bad one to look like the good one? Maybe there are some chest exercises that can help me. Help!

Hey Kev, the only thing that I can possibly think of is that you should try exercises that target that single pec. For instance, do Dumbell bench press's but only with the side that you are needing to grow. Another thing you can do is when doing barbell bench, offset your hands. Meaning the side that is fine should be closer in than the side that needs work. Doing this will concentrate more of the weight on the side that needs work. Hope this helps, and good luck!
