I think I just caught up with bore on the points list. I'm gonna back out of the message board for a while if I can resist. I don't wanna go to jail:) Just joking Rob. But as I stated I don't care about winning any contest so I'll give everyone a little less comp for a while. Before I found FT I was already on a bulk up program so I gave the FT pro a shot for a few weeks. It was good work. But since Nov. I've gone from 225 to 237 and I'm starting to lay a bit on in the middle now so I'm gonna try to shed some of the extra and see what I've got. Any way I'm getting really adicted to this internet thing so I'm backing off so I can conc on training for awhile. See you later.
good luck on the dieting but u should keep on doing this u can train and do this for like 15 or 20 minutes a day it shouldnt take away from your traing
Thanks, i've been down and out with a syatic nerve being pinched. Haven't sat at my comp. for about four days because of that.......but cool good for ya. Just watch out i'm still alive.=)
Well good luck... The Internet is just like food. Too much can have serious negative results on your body. But the entertainment value is still way up there...
