The GNC store by me sells "Dymatize Power Tech creatine-glutamine transport system"

specs 10g creatine - 3g glutamine - 2g taurine 200mg ZMA - 200mg LPC - 400mg MCT- 25mg phytic acid. Comes in a few flav. Is this stuff good? I know the guy who works there and he also said he likes it and found it makes a big difference. Knowing him on a personal level, he works out and does look bigger since working out and working at GNC. So he recommended it, however I want some feed back from you all on this.

its $75 Canadian and this is something I am seriously considering, so honest opinions are much appriciated.

For those of you who have tried this and were going ot leave me a post, no need. After finding out this will hardly last a month at $75, thats not something I can spend money on a monthy basis. I found the creatine powder which is $25 and will last around 3mo. or more for a couple bucks more. But the Power tech is crazy pice.

Does anyone know what the heck LPC and MCT are?
I was going to advise against this - it sounds a little more than a little overblown, but you've got it in order already.
