Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

Anyone else use this stuff? I was trying to stay totally off supplements but its too hard to keep my calorie intake up when i'm out of college. So I started taking a shake or two a day for a while now (i'm out of it now but I just ordered 10lbs more of it for $48.95). Anyway my weight pretty much hangs right aroung where it was... 113-116 but all my lifts seem to be increasing.. anyone else notice something similar after they started on a supplement? Oh and I don't think my bf% changed that much either.. from my pics you can see that stays pretty constant with my weight...

I'm taking the same stuff, chocolate flavor and I throw in some peanutbutter. It's pretty good stuff. I've noticed a tremendous increase in lifting when I first supplemented.
