I work out at 7 or 8 PM. What order and approx.times should I eat dinner, take creatine, glutamine, multi-vitamin and a protein shake.

prior to training, you should consume a very light meal to fuel you for your workout - aprox 30 to 45 minutes before. Creatine and glutamine should be taken right after your workout with a protein shake. I prefer to take the multi-vitamin first thing in the morning.

No dumb questions here. That is how we learn and we were all new once. Someone else can give you more details, but it is a supplement to help increase your muscle mass/gains.

Creatine also helps with endurance during your workout because it helps to resynthesize atp and create more energy (in simple terms).
