HI all;
Wel I thought I never need to exercise but here I am.
My very 1st question to you guys is Is it advisable to have to do my execise in the order it appears in my program or can I pick and choose which ever I fancy first? Jz to also let u know that I am only not very tall (5'4) and weight abt 54-55kgs and have never lifted more than 10-12 kgs in my life? most of u have been doing this for years so........Any ideas???????

Try to follow the program. However, if you get the same order of exercise each week, you can mix it up a little so it doesn't seem repetitive. You can also substitute exercises.
These FT programs are just guidelines. Good luck!

if yoru wanting to get stronger say at squats( max wise) then put that 1st in ur routine, however if u wanna pre-exhaust the the legs an dmake them work harder then u can do other excercises 1st befroe that, hope i make sense
