Is this something that needs to "build up" in your system or will I be able to tell a difference (mainly in sleeping) right away? I looked at GNC here in Houston, all they had was EAS and it said to take 8 pills a day, 4 before workout and 4 after!!!! No thank you! I do not like taking pills anyhow. I ordered some that -women- take 2 per day before bedtime, that I can handle.

You do not have to take the 4 before workout. Ignore that. Just take the 4 before bed. You will notice the benefits the first night in your sleep quality. EAS will work fine.

I ordered my ZMA on Tuesday and received it yesterday, took it last night before bed. I slept HARD last night, but I dreamed a lot!!! I think they already helped. Thanks for telling me about it, I will be using it every night.

Yeah, you can have some pretty interesting dreams with it. One thing kind of odd with me, haven't heard anyone else say this, but it is like I wake up every morning with some song going through my head, that for the life of me I can't imagine where it came from! Anyway, it does work, and is very mild. Not like any other sleep inducer. Very subtle, and it will really help your strength I think you will find also.

You know, I think I actually "recover" pretty quickly from my workouts (what with being 55 and all)! I am really looking forward to my strength being better. My trainer keeps increasing the weights and I keep going along but I really want to be able to do the weights with a little more ease! Thanks so much for the heads up on the ZMA.
