Hi, I'm new to this sight and would love any advice I can get. My name is Ronda and I have osteoarthritis in my knees and also had a heart attack in 2009. I know that by losing weight I can lessen the pain I have in my knees and aslo lessen the risk of having another heart attack. I do walk almost on a dsily basis, but other then that I really don't know what else I can do without causing alot of pain and damage to my knees. I carry most of my weight in the stomach and hips. I need advice, please.
