I am trying to lose weight, but not at the expense of losing my shape. I tend to lose alot in my legs and glutes when I run, so I was wondering if there are any other cardio exercises for me to do to lose about 15 lbs while at the same time keeping my hour glass figure. Thanks for any help.
P.S. I don't have access to machines like a stationary bike. I am more looking for videos for in home use.
