Hi everyone,
I just joined today and was exploring the nutritional section of the site. Some of the foods that I eat frequently aren't on there, such as Lean Pockets:Turkey, Broccoli and Cheese. However there is Lean Pockets: Ham and Turkey.
Should I.....
Put down I ate Ham and Turkey?
Not put it down at all?
Something else?
Is there a way too add foods that are not in the food database?
Currently, there is no way of adding your own foods in the database. Not sure what the "specs" are for lean pockets, but turkey is definitely "healthier" than ham.
