I havev not posted in a long time, but I am having some success with the weight loss. I do have a problem though. I do crunches and what my son and most football people call gut busters. You hold your legs about an inch of the floor as long as you can. I have lower back pain as it is due to my job, but these exercises have only made it worse. I was supposed to be taken out of work by my chiropractor when I first saw him for it, but I did not go for that. I have not done those particular exercises since then though because I am afraid of the pain coming back. Any suggestions on other things that may still be effective abdominal exercise only less painful?
