I am trying to lose 70 lbs, after 4 children in 7 years I lost my body, this is the first time in my life that I have really decided to get serious about getting in shape, I started going to kick boxing 3 times a week and the other 4 days I'm jogging 30 minutes on the treadmill. And then I finish it off with light strength training, and let me tell you there are parts of my body that hurt I didnt even know I had!! I guess my question is how long does it take before I will see results? And am I always going to be sore?
