:( Ok...here it goes..I'm ready to face this devestating shock....182. THERE!! I said it! I weigh 182lbs. How does that make me feel? FAT. I'm 5'11 - 39yrs old. In my defense, I have been having steroid drips in my spine every three months for the past two years due to a back injury. Amazing how fast the weight comes on.

I have a "sit down" job which doesn't help much either.
I've lost 30lbs before - maybe I can do it again.

I have acess to a body solid gym at home, stationary bike, nordic trak, a good old "real" bicycle and an 80lb lab that loves to go for walks. So, no excuse not to be able to work out.

Wish me luck!:dumbbell:
