I've been waiting for weeks for new weights to increase my dumbells from 10kg each to 20kg, but they're still not in stock :(
I'm struggling to get to failure on quite a few exercises doing my usual routine.
My thoughts were either
1. higher reps ( which I don't want to do!)
2. Do my reps much more slowly
3. Try something like super sets or prefatiguing (sp?)
What do people think?
Any other suggestions?
Cheers

Princess, 20 kgs is a huge leap. Is there any way you could get adjustable DB's? I wouldn't be able to jump that much on BB lifts much less on single hand.

No, I ordered 4x5kg plates to add to my adjustable dumbells, thus bringing them up from max 10kg each to max 20 kg, but with lots of possibilities inbetween.
Still I'm stuck at 10 until they come in, any suggestions?

Nope, overnite shipping is about it. Great pix. Beelzabubba was diappointed to discover you were a beautiful two legged lady but I was completely enchanted.

I would slow down the reps and concentrate on forms.
Yes, your pix do look great. Keep up the great work.
