I got this recipe from a fitness magazine and it is delicious. It comes out to approx. 31g protein and 5g carbs. Marinade chicken breasts in soy sauce for at least thirty minutes (cut slivers in the chicken breasts so that the soy sauce will soak in). In a plastic ziplock bag, combine flour, sesame seeds, dash of salt, and pepper. Drain the chicken and put each piece in the ziplock bag, shaking to coat just like shake-n-bake. On a cooking tray, preferrably the Pampered Chef cooking stones, place each covered piece of chicken after spraying it with non-fat non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 450 for approx. thirty minutes. I eat this twice a week so I marinade a bag of chicken at a time. I usually eat brussel sprouts or brocolli with it.
