Just wondering what you people that been bodybuilding for years think.
I workout 5 days a week monday i work chest 4 sets of incline DB's 8-10 reps, 4 sets of flat bench either DB's or BarB 8-10 reps, 4 sets of either dips or decline bench 8-10 reps, then i usually do 4 sets of flies on incline bench 8-10 reps then 4 sets of 8-10 reps machine flies or crossovers. and every other body part i workout atleast 20-24 sets 8-10 reps.I use weight as heavy as i can with good form. My chest is getting harder and stronger but seems slow in getting thicker and bulking.all other body seems to be growing faster. 5'8 180lbs 24 yr taking in about 2200 2500 calories a day 160grams of protein been working out strong for 6 months. i know im prolly not taking in enough calories been hard cause i cut out alot of fatty foods. Any suggestions would be appreciated. sorry for long awful post

like you said, up your diet if you want to gain.

chest routine looks pretty good.. try rotating your exercises. try to stick to more barbell based exercises.. they will help add more mass as opposed to dumbells.

20-24 sets of 8-10 reps. at least.

????

I don't bodybuild (its unnatural, stay away from the darkside), but I do know that that is unneccerary... There is no need for so many total reps,
