I have fallen victim to over training. There is plenty of info out there on markers and how to prevent over training, but little on what to do after the fact.
Besides becomming a coach potatoe, does anyone have any parameters or suggestions?

For how long?
Can I cycle througha hypertrophy phase? Can I decrease frquency, but maintain intensity?

NO if you are overtrained REST. FOr how long depends how bad you are at least a full week maybe longer!
