Guys I just wanna know everybodys opinion on different supplements :
Here is my list: My experience wiht other supplements:
1) proteins all kinds different brands (cheap to expensive) ..best results from EAS Precision
2) RPM - tried just couple GNC and Prolab didn`t like neither - nothing
3) Creatine: monohydrate (Prolab) good results my friends were very impressed, around that time I`ve gained 20 more pounds EAS those fruit ones didn`t like it
4) Glutamine - nothing
5) Z-Mass disturb my sleep
6) Tribulus - good results - thick build
7) Multivitamins - can`t tell
Overall: I spent too much money on it that I`m not getting back.
