Hi Girls,
I believe it is due to child birth, the top of my but (in back of the hips) is so much wider than the rest...
are there any good exercises for the overall but (the top)?
I change my leg routine up all the time and add a lot of glute work into my routines
My BF is 19% - cardio is cycle, kickboxing, running 6 days week
glute work - squats, lunges (lots), jump squats, deadlifts, kick on high platform, leg press, ball squats
Is it a just be patient thing Thanks Nicole
