I'm caught in a squeeze. I suffer from both diabetes type 2 and chronic bronchitis. The diabetes prevents absorbing of sugar into the blood cells (even with medicine); thus no fuel. The bronchitis leads to a severe lack of air to the lungs; thus insufficient oxygen in the blood contributing to poor endurance. Consequently, my physical condition is poor. I do, however, successfully do weight training twice weekly.
My question is how can one do cardio training (and see his condition improve) when he can't get fuel to the blood cells and sufficient oxygen into the blood?
