Grasp a barbell with an overhand grip. Let the barbell hang in front of you as you stand straight up, tensing your lower back, buttocks and hamstrings.
this is for the straight leg deadlift, i did this with my palms facing forward, im not sure but was that correct? because there is no picture to demonstrate the exercise
Sounds good you could also use a variation of grips I do only because I am training for my next deadlift and power meet you could also use an over and under grip. Good luck
