Overtraining Legs?

I dont attend a gym, but have all the equipment at home. The only thing I can really do for cardio is run, so I run 5 miles on sunday, then lift my legs monday. I do squats, lunges, leg curls, calf raises etc... And I dont do cardio on that day, but on teusday I run only 3 miles because my legs are usually sore, should I lay off the teusday run? Will cause overtraining? Or is it ok to do?

This should be fine. Cardio is good and different from weight training, but as long as you get at least one complete rest day per week, some prefer two. Then you will be fine.
