I'm only a teen, but I'm overweight. I need to lose about 32 pounds. My only problem is sticking to an eating plan. I get this burny feeling in my chest until I finally give in and eat junk food. Is this normal?
Also, next month I'm going to las vegas for a week, and I have no idea how I'll be able to eat healthy once I'm there. My parents aren't very supportive, so they don't help.
