Has anyone tried this workout program? What were the results. Ty is talking about buying it, along with a chin up bar, weights and possibly a treadmill and turning the garage into a workout area. I don't want to spend money on it though, if it is a fluke thing.

Oh, we both know diet and exersize are key, just looking at this as an exersize program that Ty might stick with, and he really wants a set out diet plan, where I cook what the paper says lol.

A friend of mine bought it and is going to give me copies of the discs. I have heard that you can find the nutritional stuff online and I know that you can find out the order that the discs are supposed to be ran through in with a simple google search.
If I understand the whole thing correctly you are instructed to workout for about 90 minutes a day for 90 straight days and it's magic or whatever and you'll see outstanding results and win the fast cars and fabulous prizes. I'd imagine that if you simply elevated your heart rate for 90 minutes a day for 90 straight days doing. . . . well pretty much anything you would see outstanding results.

my brother recently bought it and allrady has a fairly muscular build. The workouts are extremly hard but he is allready seeing great results. The program gives you specific meal plans and encourages proper diet. He started off only being able to do 8 chinups in a row and can allready do over thirty. He swears by it and im going to give it a try soon. Ill get back to you

With any workout, the key is to stick it through. My problem with P90X is that I work on the road, live in hotels, and don't always have access to pull-up equipment. Almost every other exercise can be completed though. There is also a new program put out by the same company, with a different trainer, named Shaun T. His requires less equipment, from what I understand. My thoughts, don't pay for the full package, but keep an eye out for some used DVDs.

My husband and I have been using P90X for over 2 years! It totally changed our lives. We went from anti-workout people to fitness fanatics. This was the first time I EVER saw results from anything I was doing. Send me a message if you want more info. I'd recommend this program to anyone who wants results in weight loss or strength gains.
FYI don't buy from EBay/Craigs List, etc. Everyone I know has regretted it-you don't get all the materials and the disks tend to skip or not work at all.

Everyone is so foolishly sceptical!
Sure, you may know that guy or girl who has tried every miracle "fat burner" out there only to slip further out of shape.
P90X is 90 minutes of actually busting your A55 everyday for 90 days coupled with a strict diet. OF COURSE IT WORKS!!!

i haven't tried it but a few of my friends have. it looked advanced, not very beginner friendly. i think they require you to have your own equipment? oh and on one of those sites with free movies and tv shows they have all the P90X videos for free (i dont know if im allowed to post outside sites so pm me for the site). but Sam above me is right, u bust your a55 real hard, if u commit it'll work. same goes with everything else i guess.
