well i have Been working out my aBs for a long time But i only have a two pack like rite uBove my gut yea im not fat But i do have a small semi Big gut :( it annoys me alot. idk how to get my gut to turn into 4 more packs so i could have a full 6 pack. does anyone have any addvice. please help so that i could enjoy my Body and not Be emBarrased in my Bikinis!:) HELP PLEASE :love:
