It's been almost 30yrs since High School and I had almost forgot what it felt like the day after a good workout. I use to run long distance and feeling sore from working out sure feels better than being sore because you are not in shape and tried to do something you shouldn't have.
I'm not old I'm just sore.

Yo Wood-man!
Charlie's right. Besides, you gotta respect "pain", but come to love the "sore"! Keep at it, man.
Yo Chuckie - how you been, mang?

Saxman, I am peachy. I hope you are as well. Come join the challange. We need the maturity there. God knows I can't hold down that fort by myself.

Challenge? Details, man, I need details. What challenge? I like challenges, just remember my frail old bones.
And maturity? Don't believe I know what that is?...

See General Health and Fitness Forum. Very first post. It has a red flag on it.
