Okay all first i have to say the dips behind the back, yea very hard time doing them and today im in PAIN from only doing 4 reps of 5, cause i couldnt do any more than that...
Also i noticed that week two is the same as week one with what to do??? Is that right or should it have changed...
No the program is fine. Do you work out at a gym? I know that most gyms have a machine that assists in doing dips, or pull-ups. I could barely manage one dip when I first started working out.
