I havent worked out in months and I started to do some curls until I couldnt lift any more. Now my bisep is swollen with pain, and my forarm is tight with some pain. I cant seem to streighten out my arm with out pulling or bracing it on somthing. it's been 3 days now and the bisep is twice the size of the other one. Both arms are this way but, the my right is more so. I have tried ice, heat, stretching and nothing works.
