Hey. i have tried taking up running on the track or around the neighborhood, rather than the treadmill, just for a change. However, my calves (not the muscles, the actual bone) kills me afterwards, following me another day or two. IO have new shoes with special padded insoles for running (this doesn't happen on the treadmill, probably because the ground is much harder). What's the deal? any suggestions? I feel like I'm doing damage.
