I have a sharp pain in my right knee only when I do squats. I just set a PR for deadlift and my knee didn't hurt a bit. Extentions and curls don't bother it either. It makes me think my form is off, but I'm almost positive that's not it. Should I try knee wraps? Any suggestions?

Is there a competent trainer at your gym who could evaluate your form?

Hmmmm... How deep are you going? How far forward do your knees travel forward? What type of squat are you doing, powerlifting, olympic, athletic, box variation?
What type of shoes are you wearing? Wraps? Warm ups?
Describe your squat form from the upper back down as best as you can and with as much detail as possible.

Iron and chalk.

Pain is only temporary, it is in your mind. If you can still walk, then you can still run.
