steroids? hardly...actually it has nothing in common with steroids...it's a compound found in american ginseng....

why do you need to take it? what are your reasons for working out? if it's to look good asap...then i don't think it matters b/c you'll just as soon lose your motivation and won't exercise....i checked your profile and those are all very good goals....stick to basics...work out hard/right, eat well, and sleep well....forget about this supplement or even the mindset that supplements are the answer....true some will help a bit but basics are what get you results...

well i havnt really taken any extra supplements except for 1 protein shake a day. My goals are still in reach, but ive always been a guy to look past my goals. I always want more, If i reached my goals i wudnt lose my motivation usually when i reach a goal i set new and harder goals. Use to be really good at doing the triathlon because i set myself what time i want to beat and then try and get better every time.

just set goals in terms of numbers.....long term numbers and short term numbers......ie....bench rpess 500 5 years from now....bench 300 year from now....bench 250 3 months from now....something like that....if you're benching 225 now
lets say...

I would take a multivitamin, fish oil and a joint supplement...since you're a triathlete....good luck
