Is there anyway to find out what weights I used in previous training sessions? I am on about my third rotation with Freetrainers, and I have not kept a paper copy of all my workout sessions. But it would be helpful to be able to find what I did the last time I did an excercise.
For example, today I am to do Military presses. I have not done these in the last 5 weeks (currently starting week 6 of 8), but I don't have any reference for what I have done in the past.
