I was recently diagnosed with patellofemoral syndrome after having suffered it for 8 years. Basically, my knees do not track properly. I am strengthening specific muscle groups in order to help my knees track better, and the pain has diminished a bit. I still find myself very limited as to how much weightlifting, or cardio, I can do with my legs before my knees begin to hurt.
Has anyone else had this injury and figured out how to help prevent the knee pain for workouts?
