1. Should each of your meals contain all the food groups?

2. What should the breakdown in each meal be in regard to carbs, protien and fat?

3. Should Carbs be 50% of your intake?

4. If you are overweight, don't the body have enough stored carbs to use so that you can lay off thecarbs in your diet?

Thanks in advance....As you can see, I am clueless.

Check out the nutrition section here at ft. But your body stores carbs not used as fat. The proper pcf realtionship per meal is important and to the bodies needs during different phases of training. Yes, your meals should include all the necessary pcf per meal and your food group totals at the end of the day are more important than per meal.
