I cannot find natural peanut butter here!!! I only have smooth or chunky style ones. Which one is better? I cannot avoid it as I loooove PB. Is it okay to take bread with PB as my last meal, about 3 hours before bed? I heard the last meal must be low in carbs. Um, PB is low in carbs I think, but bread? I'm using wholemeal.

crunchy and smooth doesnt mean not natural...
look at the ingredients, if they are not only
peanuts and salt then it is not natural.
3 hours before bed? thats your last meal? DAMN...
my last mel is 15 min before bed
bread + PB ok if you dont mind the carbs, it depends on your goals.

look for hydronated oils and trans fat, that what your wanting to stay away from.
You need whole wheatbread.....I think whole meal is somthing else. Pb the natural anyways, is like 6 carbs 8g protein per serving......so its farily low in carbs.BUT bread has like 24 or so per slice....eat it out the jar with a glass of milk!
If yoru "cutting' i'd skip those carbs before bed.....just my 2 cents, i'd drink a good protein shake......with milk......fewer carbs but more protein.

If you can’t find all natural PB (just peanuts and salt) try ordering on-line at http://www.krema.com

make it yourself,
buy some dry roasted penauts put them in a blender and wizz away, you might have to add a drop of oil of some kind, it takes a while but then you will have your PB,
try it

Look in the refrigerated section for natural peanut butter. Other wise make it yourself. Use a rolling pin and add peanut oil.

try Almond butter, it's just as good and less fats and such, or have PB and celery :)
