Is peanut butter on a wheat pita a good pre workout meal?

sounds good....30-45 minutes before a workout....whole wheat pita i hope...also go witht he all natural PB(one without the hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils)

mmmmmmm great idea. my next work out meal = 1 Tbs natty pb on 1/2 whole wheat pita...

I think natural pb is so gross though, I can only use it in protein shakes and stuff of the sort
