Peanut butter is excellent for you. The fats are good fats and the protein is "complete" (not just a few random amino acids). Avoid the stuff with partially hydrogenated oils - that's not good fat!!! I like the all-natural peanut butter that has the peanut oil sitting on top when you open the lid (I stir it in of course). The ingredients: peanuts, salt. That's it. No additives. That's the good stuff. Just be sure to eat it in moderation. Even though the fat and protein is good, too much can still be a bad thing.

I found some Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter today...
The ingredients are: 100% Select Roasted Peanuts. In front of the word natural is (I012B). Any idea what that means?
I was buying Adams, likely will continue as it's a tad cheaper.
The Kraft has less calories, about half a gram less fat and 0.8 grams less of protien. It has a few more carbs, but doesn't mention any sugar. The Adams has 0.5g of sugar.
The Adams has 'non-hydrogenated' oil listed in the ingredients.
Of the two, which would be the better?

Depends on how much you eat at a time. As mentioned above eat natural PB. It is one of my main healthy fat sources.
