Can anyone tell me if Raw peanuts with no salt are any good for u ? I was just looking at this site and it said that they have alot of fat. Also can someone tell me what the mono and Poly fats are ? Are they good or bad for u, im just asking because apparntlty peanuts have alot of this in them. Also does anyone know whether u get the same amount of protein whether u boil an egg or cook it ? I was looking in the nutrition program and it said u only get 1 gram of protein if u boil it.
Ummmm...I do not think you can change the protien content by cooking a food. Now the fat yes cause as in steak it can cook off but the grams of protien stays the same
The protein in egg is actually better absorbed when it's cooked than when it's raw. It's also better for you. One big cooked egg white contains around 3.5gr of protein.
