I love peanut butter and peanuts... but I was wondering, is there a difference between a jar of natural peanut butter and eating roasted, unsalted peanuts?
I'm only asking as I'd like to try making homemade peanut butter, but if there isn't a difference it might not be a concern to make it!
Thanks,

Depends on what they are roasted in, but in general, you will be fine. Peanut stats...1 serving of Peanuts (1 oz.)
Total Fat 13.96g
Polyunsaturated Fat 4.41g
Monounsaturated Fat 6.93g

Cool... still may give the homemade a whirl... God knows the wholes nuts are a bugger to spread on whole wheat toast!
