hello everyone, new here but not new to exercise & healthy eating. I am a classic pear shape which I work hard to control; although, lately it has been very hard to. Since I hit 30 I have noticed the weight has been increasingly harder to maintain. Here is a sample of a typical week for me:
Run on treadmill for 3 mi (36 mins) twice/week
Elliptical 3 mi (30 mins) once/wk
Tae Bo or other high intensity video 45 mins twice/week
Weights 30 mins twice/week
The other high intensity video does include a fair amount of weights too. I also really enjoy working my lower part by doing lunges, squats etc. If anyone has any advice as to what I could do to improve pls feel free to respond. I also eat a tonne of vegetables, small amount of fruit, no red meat, nuts & watch my carbs closely. When I do eat carbs I make sure it is brown rice or ww pasta etc.
