recently someone posted a message on how to deal with different sized legs and how to make their sizes equal. i have the same problem but with my chest. my left pec is bigger than the right. to try and fix this i started training with dumbells but it didn't slve the problem. what should i do?

Keep training with dumbbells. If it's a strength issue then use a weight that you can do with both arms and train to failure on your weaker arm and stop at the same time with your stronger one. I would guess that would even out the size as well over time. How long did you do this for?

i have smae problem . Left is larger and stronger. Even though right handed. I have small tendancy to look to left when benching etc. Not sure if this is significant. I no its a bad habit though.

after every chest workout when i still have a pump my left pec looks bigger to

Yah I have the same problem. It sucks. Sometimes I can't get it to fire at all. My Chiropractor has got me doing an excercise that fires it greatly. Will write more soon.
