does anyone know a program to pump up the chest in a quick efficient time?

yeah, its called weightlifting and diet. There is no quick solution. get on a good program and you will grow.

thats what i mean. does anyone have a good program. i can deal with the time, i just need a good program.

There are tons of good programs out there. Pick up Arnold Schwarzenegger's "New Encyclopedia to Modern Bodybuilding." That should get you pointed in the right direction. But just be sure to be ready not to see results right away, it takes time. (as you well know)
