So I've been training for what seems FOREVER getting ready for the miami dolphin cheerleader auditions. They're this Saturday! I'm trying to plan the best meals to eat on Friday and Saturday morning to ensure I will have a tone of energy, yet not look bloated. Oatmeal and peanut butter a good idea for breakfast?..... Any ideas for workout/meal ideas to have me at my best? Maybe I should ask the weight-lifters this in their forum- but I don't know if they ever get bloated :) thanks for all your help!
Try and avoid lots of water and sodium to help avoid bloating. Eggwhites and oatmeal for breakfast would be good. Main thing is just avoid a lot of water and sodium. They're are people much more qualified to answer this question here, so if there's more that can be done or something better, they will post and let you know.
I would avoid the sodium, however I believe that since you are going to be physically active you might want to keep yourself hydrated. Now get out there and CHEER your little heart content!!! :)
