So I've been training for what seems FOREVER getting ready for the miami dolphin cheerleader auditions. They're this Saturday! I'm trying to plan the best meals to eat on Friday and Saturday morning to ensure I will have a tone of energy, yet not look bloated. Oatmeal and peanut butter a good idea for breakfast?..... Any ideas for workout/meal ideas to have me at my best? Maybe I should ask the weight-lifters this in their forum- but I don't know if they ever get bloated thanks for all your help!
