okay guys i need your help, i can't seem to go on a diet not that i dont want to, i just cant find the right foods!
this is the recommended diet from freetrainers:
Protein - 160 g
Carbohydrates - 400 g
Fats - 30 g
Total Calories - 2486
I cant seem to sum everything up together. I dont know how to cook. I don't really like fish. Can anyone suggest me the best diet i should follow.
I workout 5 times a day. (45mins regular exercises, 15 mins ab exercises 30 mins cardio)
I can cook simple things like boil the pasta and then pour sauce over it! I have a bottle of Whey Protein for my protein needs. I have simple foods such as cereal (raisin bran, cheerios, Eggs (i only eat boiled). And i have lots of fruits.
So someone... please help me start!

Someone else can address the nutrition, but I think you may want to re-examine this part. That is way too much if you're doing it right. Working out that many times in a WEEK would be a good start.

Without a completed profile it's hard to answer the question. Are you trying to lose weight or bulk up? If trying to lose weight, sounds like way too much. Trying to bulk up, can't help you there. Haven't tried to bulk up once in my life. Darn it!
Also, your abs are like any other body part. You don't need to work them 5 days a week, and shouldn't be. They need to rest like any other muscle group.

The best diet for you is the one that fits your needs. If you cannot stand a diet, no matter how good it is, you will not be able to stick with it.
The best you can normally do is find a ratio of the nutrients you need, find your calorie limit for your needs, and continue on with it. This way you have to do nothing really special and stops any feelings of being 'deprived'. This is the biggest diet killer there is.
