I'm so disgusted with myself I don't know what to say. I had joined this site in July and had started myself on some fitness programmes. Continued till Oct. and then left it (the usual excuse : too busy). Now I have to start all over again and I feel like kicking myself for having lost all the progress that I had made.
Is there any way that one manages NOT to stop intermittently? This seems to be my main problem.

The main solution is recognizing that you're not sticking with it. You've got that step out of the way so now it's just a matter of making it part of your lifestyle. Good luck and hang in there, persistence does pay in the long run.

Consider it a vacation from working out. Next time you feel you don't have time, workout once per week instead of never. Try to manage your time better. If you watch TV for just 2hrs a week, that could have been good workout time. I've been there. Good Luck with your new program.

Yes, and that's the other problem.
Thanks for the advice, though. I'm starting again as of today. Will try not to give up this time !!
