Personalized Fitness... Chart Thing

I'm trying to do the personalized fitness program and on the right of the chart it asks for 'actual' and 'weight.'

I understand 'actual'-- how much you actually do, as compared to the target-- but I don't know what to put down for 'weight'.

Yeah, but what I guess I'm trying to ask is, should I be using weights for all the excercises, like crunches?

If you're using weight on crunches, yes. I seem to remember the crunches didn't register though. Don't get too bogged down with charting. It's a cutesey feature but you'll evolve beyond it eventually. Keep a log. That helped me the most.
