Hi everyone I am new to the site. I just got my personalized work out but noticed that it seems most of the exercises are geared for men. I have been weight training for a couple of years but have recently gotten into a rut so i was hoping this website would help me. How should i modify my recommended work out.

Iam not sure why you think the exercises are geared just for men...Many many women, including myself have been following the exercise plans on here for quite awhile...
Why dont you follow the program for a couple of weeks to see if it suits you?

I say geared towards men because I cannot do chin/pullups and that was one of my 1st exercises.

Welcome to the site snflwr. Like mystic said, a persons sex has nothing to do with their sex. I'd be inclined to say that the majority of men can't do pull ups when they first start. :)

It took me nearly 6 months after I got back into the gym to do 2 pullups. Listen to mystic and Mike, they are absolutely right. Male or female...exercise is exercise...benefits to health (body and mind) are there as long as you're willing to change your life.
If you're concerned about building a lot of muscle, don't be, it's very difficult for women to "bulk up".

You said you were in a rutt with your old exercise plan. The best thing to get out of the rutt is to learn new exercises and try to master them.

Can you give us some of the exercises you can't do and maybe someone can give you some alternative exercises that will work the same muscle group.
