Has anyone bought this e-book ?? Any thoughts on it ?? Is it only for bodybuilders ??
A 20 mintute workout a day for amazing muscle gains just sounds too good to be true.
Please let me know what you guys know about him, the book/the program.
Thanks

Well there you go. I have not read it but if they make claims that sound to good to be true it usual is. Think about it, if everyone could look like a bodybuilder in just 20 mins a day most of use would already look like it. It takes hard woek and years to really get it right.

I checked out the website for that book. They said some REALLY silly things that were backed up by overly simplistic logic. I wouldn't waste my time with that guy. For anyone else that wants to take a peak, it was www.precisiontraining.com.

Not to mention that the guy advocates grip straps as a necessity.
