hi my name is jeeves and i have a few questions first I got this stuff its called phosphagen hpce pure creatine monohydrate and it didnt say when to take or if i should take it on non workout days thats what i wonted to know oh yea should i take it before workouts or after?

I believe you take it about 30-45 minutes before your workout, and then a second dose about 10-12 hours later.

You also take it on your non workout days as well.

I am not an expert in this subject so if anyone else thinks I am wrong feel free to correct me.

Depending on your weight, take 4-5 servings daily in equal doses for five days. Then for maintenance dose, 1-2 servings a day.
Also, make sure to take it 60 minutes after your workouts.

I agree with gym_bunny about the doses, however take it directly after you work out, don't wait 60 minutes. You need to drink atleast 1 gallon of water a day with it otherwise it wont do you a whole lot of good. They say 12 to 16 ounces but if you only drink that much you'll break out like crazy. I have taken Phosphagen HP for 6 months now and I have now regrets buying it. I think it is by far one of the best supplements on the market. I wish you the best of luck. Take care.
